Story by Jerome Vitug
Illustrated by Lloyd Zapanta
When our parents died, our Kuya Gino accepted the role to be our mother and father at the same time. Kuya Gino sells vegetables, rain or shine. This is why he is called "Gino Gulay" in our barangay. He sells vegetables to provide for our needs and to send me and Letlet to school. One night, our industrious and loving Kuya Gino looked like he was in trouble. Because we love Kuya Gino, Letlet and I are here to help him solve his problem.
